Whenever we are caught in a self-conscious moment, we pause as if in uncertainty. What are we uncertain about? What others think? Are we doing that task well enough? Do we gain anything? Should we say or do something different and untrue to get someone to accept us? Should we change for someone else? Do we need to deny any part of ourselves for another person? Are we enough? Are we good enough? Are we ourselves? Are we? Are we? Well, are we?

Simply stop those self-doubts, that self-inflicted negative thinking. Just s t o p !

Each of us is a beautiful, unique individual with own amazing, yes a m a z i n g, flaws and imperfections. We should let go of the doubts and instead embrace how we are alone and with others. That is • i n t e g r i t y •. There is no need to change any part of ourselves to please another person or even the world. The more we accept ourselves as we are, the deeper our character becomes. When we delve deeper into our uniqueness through spending time with the Lord, the depth of our character shines through...reaching out to connect with others. We must be true to ourselves in order to connect with others. We must not be dishonest in our intentions, words, actions, and behavior...we must have integrity by being truthful with others. Therefore, we are to not play games with anyone; we are to not use others to gain whatever it is. Be truthful, be the real us; and others will love us exactly as we are. As long as we are ourselves, others will accept us.
