The Accommodation Etiquette

The Accommodation Etiquette visual is color-coded using the traffic light concept:

• White vehicle = we offer assistance in a dignified manner with sensitivity and respect

• Yellow light | Caution | = by taking caution, we prepare for the possibility of our offer to provide assistance being declined

• Red light | Stop | = we do not proceed to assist, if our offer to assist is declined

• Green light | Go | = if our offer is accepted or the person returns to request our assistance, we wait to assist by listening or asking for instructions
